I am new to BP and also a rookie investor and looking to purchase my first property. I am located in Mass but have been targeting Cleveland as my first market. Open to networking with anyone in the market with any advice, tips, etc. Much appreciated!

James is the real deal, been on these forums a long time and helped a lot of people. It would still be wise to cross-check whatever he tells you and really do your research.

I personally believe property values will continue to drop, maybe another 10-20% before this is all over. But the truth is, nobody knows what the future holds. Analyze and look for deals based on today, not what tomorrow may bring. There are still plenty of opportunities out there.
