Newbie looking to purchase a couple OOS SFR

Hi All,

Native to California looking to purchase a couple OOS SFR. Not looking to use too much leverage given the rate climate. Looking at turnkey options (JWB, REI Nation, Rent to Retirement) and also looking at direct opportunities. Seeking a combination of passive cash flow and moderate appreciation. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Hello Calvin,

I was in exact same situation and I gave up buying here in California. I have been investing out of state passively and it's been going great. I can talk in detail about turnkey providers especially the "Rent to Retirement".

Let's connect.

In general, America is filled with great opportunities and deals. So, it comes down to having transparent/educating, friendly people to invest with. In the world of good turnkey providers, it's not that hard anymore.
