Realtors that Review and Send Properties instead of auto OneHome

Maybe I'm old school, but do any realtors out there look at the properties and look through the pictures for the quality, and age of mechanicals, and see the rent to price ratio before sending them? I've tried a few realtors in different cash-flow markets, and they all seem to want to put me on a drip of One Home of all the MFPs in the area. I've basically already done the same thing on redfin beforehand. I am buying, I am closing on one next month, but it was a deal that I brought to the realtor.

Are there realtors out there that actually bring you really solid investment deals, instead of just everything on OneHome at a price based/type based criteria? I personally am looking for one to two more solid long term rental MFPs at the 75-150k pricepoint.

@Tim Nethers

I'll be real with you!  The answer is yes and no!  Time is money and I will not spend a lot of time researching a bunch on properties to send you.  I will sent you up on very defined search/alert and when a property perks your interest I will dig into for you.  If I come across something that I think might work for you and that is outside of the defined search, I will send it over to you via  text or email. Matter of fact I sent a new construction townhome to a buyer just 30 mins ago because the numbers work.   I would love to know everything about every property that comes up, and some time most the of the info is in the data sheet. Sometimes the listing  agent doesn't include anything.  The listing agent that included nothing is lazy and not doing their seller justice.  So if that property is a possibility I will dig and dig hard to get the info you need to make an informed decision.

The bottom line is most of us just don't have the time to look and research everything, those that say they do are either lying or not busy.
