How to find the owner?
Hi, what typical ways are out there to find out who the owner of an apartment building is? Have been driving for dollars a while. Found an interesting small apartment building that needs some improvement. Would like to cold call the owner to find if they want to sell. Thank you!

You can search the public records typically by searching "town name + assessor's database" and get the owner of the property. If it is a company, use the state's corporation search to find out the members of the company that owns the building. Once you have the names, you can go and skip trace for the phone numbers using a paid service or places like Fast People Search for free.
