so I’m living in Louisville and trying to figure out how to really start doing something in life, I have a job at GNC as a manager and I’ve been thinking because I love both paths, I could save up and get my personal training certification, then try an leverage the time of being a manager to possibly get me a job at the best gym in town as a manager or I’ll work my way up, but also be doing personal training too. (for free) While still focusing to do real estate on the side, or should I just full fledge jump into real estate. I’ve been doing research on certain topics to possibly lead somewhere with a real estate business. but anyways if you have any philosophies of thinking, please comment

as Tony Robbins says when you are committed "Burn the ___ Boats and take the Island".  Health is wealth and that should always be your #1, just commit to Real Estate as a career.  There are more millionaires made from real estate than PT.  Your path will be easier and have no ceiling.
