Need Advice on dirt road!

Hello Everyone! I need some advice, I am in the process of renovating my first ever home (which is taking far too long due to bad contractors) and I would like to eventually turn it into a STR or mid-term rental. The biggest problem is that the house is down a dirt road that can be hard to get to and also has a well/septic. The road is about half and mile and then a left onto a road that eventually leads to my house. It can be somewhat hard to find and drive down with a normal car sometimes, as a lower car can get stuck in the sand. Any advice? Do I just renovate, sell and move on or somehow fix the road? I dont have an endless budget to do that.
