I cant find exact location of vacant lots I bought

I bought some empty Lots.  Some have an adress which I can plug into my iphone maps and get directions to.  However the other lots dont have an address, so I have to guess by the satelite images on the GIS website, then try to drop a pin on my iphone maps where I think it may be.  Is there a way to get the lattitude longitude lines from GIS and plug those into apple maps? Or is there another way?

I want to see the lots and make sure everything is good with them, because there are people dumping garbage on some lots, others are sneaking in and chopping down trees and selling the wood, others are cooking drugs, etc.  You never know what is happening on an empty lot out in the country, and the worst part is, it will be me that will face the music since the properties are in my name.

Thank you

Contact the County Planning and Zoning. They should have an online map server that allows you to search by address, owner name, etc. For example, I can do a Google search of Park County Wyoming map server and it will bring up a link to the map for my county with every single lot. I can find who owns a property, the address, zoning, and much more.
