Recommendation on trusted real estate agents/property management

Hi All,

I am new to the forum, so, not sure if there is already a thread with similar questions. I am in NY, I want to look into purchasing a cash-flow property out of state, preferably Detroit, MI.  Does anyone know of trustworthy real estate agents/property management companies that can help with this? Also, I'll be grateful if you can give me some tips on things to look out for when doing so. I'm happy to connect with anyone with direct experience. Thanks in advance.
