Since inquiring/ researching about which lists and services to start out using for wholesaling. I am receiving a lot of ads for different types of list, skip tracing services and lead generating services. Any advice on reliable service providers for beginners.

In my experience, most people who sell you lists aren't any better than what you can pull on your own. I would suggest partnering with someone who has access to the MLS in the area you're looking for, learning to pull direct public records data, and then skip tracing it yourself. https://batchskiptracing.com/ works just fine. All of this is pretty learnable and will save you money vs. buying lists. I would take the money saved on buying lists and put it into hiring a cold caller to hit as many numbers as possible.
