Best Online Resources for Property and Demographic Data

Alexander Miller
Posted

Hi Everyone,

I'm looking to pull the trigger and pay for a platform for accessing property data and hopefully demographic/population data as well. For example, websites like PropStream, BatchLeads, Property Shark seem to be about what I'm looking for, but there's an overwhelming amount of platforms available. I was hoping I could get some input on what platforms people are using (and why). Are they all basically the same? Maybe there a few that are head and shoulders above the rest?

As a side note, I am specifically interested in foreclosures and pre-foreclosures, so maybe there is a crowd favorite for finding these types of properties? Foreclosure.com comes to mind, but again I'd like to hear people's thoughts about what is out there, cost effective and what people have had success with.

Any input would be much appreciated! Thanks everyone!
