Tips for being an agent while attending college?
I just started college and I am in the process of getting my real estate license. I will be living at home and commuting to college to save money. My goal for the future is to own some real estate of my own and maybe even open a brokerage. Is there a certain way I should go about being an agent while being a full time college student? Are there any other things you recommend?
Thank You!

Real estate agents need to be available to clients with short notice. You also have no experience. Why would a buyer/seller use a brand new agent with no experience or even a personal home?
You have to find a way to differentiate yourself from all the other agents out there. Another option is to join a real estate team where you do a portion of the work and get a portion of the income. This can help you build experience quickly without having to be the face of the business.
