Newbie needing guidance

Posted

Hello, I have a new LLC and I'm trying to invest what would be my salary into a duplex/triplex to do short term rentals for my coworkers. Since my company is very new it has no credit just funding. What type of professional do I need in order to guide me so I can invest in properties by not taking a salary?

What's the "due on sale clause"? I'm so lost & feel overwhelmed. I dont know exactly what type of guidance I need (financial advisor, real estate lawyer, tax attorney, etc). All I know is that I'm working my butt off fir my retirement & I don't want to have to give it all back to Uncle Sam with nothing to show for it! I need to invest & im willing not to take a salary to do it. I just don't know what I can & can't do, how to get credit for my LLC or who what my options are! Uggg
