A helping hand for a clueless no so newbie

Hi, I am new to this forum. I am somewhat an accidental real estate investor who currently owns a portfolio of 5 apartments (including my current place of residence) across 4 countries (outside of the US). All of the apartments have been acquired not through any systematic process of analysis, rather serendipitously. Three of them still have financing. My life situation has changed over the last 5 years and it has really got me thinking about how to get onto the FIRE Bandwagon. I would really appreciate connecting with anyone who might have experience holding international properties who could guide me in the right direction has to how to expand this portfolio and to manage my portfolio more systematically and pro-actively or tips on experts who have experience in this area that could help me. I am not an US citizen and I don't reside in the US. Any leads would be very much appreciated.
