"Buyer Request" cards?
Hey all -
I'm trying to get a few paydays wholesaling before beginning fix and flipping, and I wanted to get the community's opinion on something:
I'm working on building a buyer's list, & I've seen it mentioned about making buyer request sheets to hand out at REIA meetings - This is what I'm thinking mine would consist of;
1) Buyer's name & contact info
2) Zip codes or County Buyer prefers his deals to be in
3) Class of property; SF,MTF,Commercial
4) Their ideal/maximum buy amount; i.e. $50K-100K, $150K-250K, etc
Any other info I should include? I'd want to get all this info printed, with blank spaces & checkboxes, on little cards maybe 3x5 sized, and hand them out after shaking hands and introductions. Is this even a good idea? The last thing I want to do is appear strictly opportunist instead of personal and relationship-based
Thanks in advance folks
