Next Step to complete the "Repeat" in the BRRRR Method.

First time posting after 2 years of membership. I just completed my first BRRRR deal which evolved from remodeling my primary residence to now a duplex/house hack.

I am wondering what someone who has been through this before would recommend as far as moving on to the next deal.

After paying off the rehab loan and replenishing emergency funds I have approx. $50K to reinvest in the next deal OR I can sit back and build up that savings for a year and monitor the market. This market seems tough to get too far with $50K

I would like some input and opinions on my next steps. I'm very interested in Pierce county/Bonney lake, WA area for my next deal or even just to start networking.

Thank you.
