Starting Out College Student

Good afternoon, I'm reaching out today trying to get some advice on where I should begin my real estate journey, I've been listening to the podcast for a while now and want to get some skin in the game but am unsure how to start. Any recommendations of what I should do or how I should begin my journey? Would love to hear so thoughts on this. Also is there anyone in the area that I could connect with, I would love to learn from someone nearby or someone that knows the market I'm in.
