Starting out House Hacking
Hey, I’m starting my real estate journey again, I started in late 2018 with wholesaling, had a little luck but life kept getting in the way so I had to stop. Now I’m getting more time & able to do more, I am looking into getting into house hacking! All advice from any market is welcome.

Hi! Love househacking. Did it with my first investment property, a quadruplex in DC and did it again with a duplex when I move to TX. What type of advice are you looking for? In terms of financing, did the 3.5% FHA loan. Managed the property myself and I can send some resources I used for tenant finding. Let me know if you have specific questions I can answer.
