Finding deals in this market
Finding Deals In This Market!!!
I have been looking for a house/multifamily property in the Trenton/Ewing/Hamilton, NJ area for about six months now with no luck! I’ve tried the traditional agent route but properties are getting scoop up before I can even drive out to see them on the weekend (I’m about 1 hour away from the area).
I’ve also tried sending letters to off market homes with no luck there either.
Does anyone know of any other creative ways to try to find good deals in this market?

@Dan Quirk If you want to find the deals directly, you'll need to go out and prospect the sellers and see who would entertain an offer. I do this through cold calling, texting, emailing and whatever it takes to find a deal. If you do this on a consistent basis you will find deals as it is just a numbers game in the end.
