Where can I find real estate macro data?

I'm looking for resources to find macro data on the US real estate market, to examine metrics often discussed on the BP podcast such as new construction delivered, foreclosures BTA, properties on sale/sold etc. I'm sure there's no one go to for everything but if you have recommendations on a few resources I can check out that'll be really helpful.

This guy has good data on new construction: https://edzarenski.com/2021/01...

St Louis Fed has good historical data in general. The Stessa newsletter also does a nice job aggregating market information in a consumable format.
