Seller Finance Paperwork

Brittany Trevino
Posted

Hey All!
I've been agressively going after seller financing and finally have 2 people interested at once! Super awesome! HOWEVER, I don't know what paperwork I need to make this a completely legal and binding contract!?! As far as I know, I need to create a promissory note that covers payments and everything.. but what else do I need?

TIA!

Congratulations on creating the opportunities! The real answer here is spend a few hundred bucks on a real estate attorney's time. If you're in a state that requires the use of title companies most of them are owned by or have one on staff.
