First steps for OOS w/ No money No credit
As someone with no credit or capital but wants to look OOS, should I look for an agent first and build my core 4 or look for buyers and ask what they want first? I'm asking because I don't want to have the agent think I'm wasting their time with no funding or pre-approval.
