My name is Jason and I am a 20 year old real estate investor from NY. I would like to invest in multifamily housing in Cleveland. With about 125k$ on hand I know my best bet to stretch my money would be to BRRR method properties. I am looking to build a team in Cleveland that includes an experienced agent that specializes in the area, as well as trustworthy PMs ang GC.
