what are the best neighborhoods in Houston to purchase a rental?

Hello everyone, I'm new to the bigger pockets forum.  A few years ago I started renting out my home here in Seattle and recently read Brandon Turner's book and was excited about advancing my RE investing journey, the Seattle market is really expensive, and was looking at Houston.  Would anyone be able to recommend neighborhoods and communities in Houston to buy a house and rent out?  Would love any ideas as to where to start looking as Houston is soooo big.

Katy, Cypress, Spring, some parts of Houston, Conroe, Tomball, Pearland are great places to own rentals. These cities tend to command quality tenants, and they have great schools. I have rentals in Houston, Spring, and Conroe.
