As a new real estate investor, I am not that familiar with mentorship programs and am wondering what the average cost is for a mentorship program. Also, has anyone attended any worthwhile mentorships from personal experience that they recommend? I am currently interested in Pace Morby's Subject to mentorship but was not sure if this is rookie-friendly or if the cost of the mentorship was too high ($7800).

Before you invest in any mentorship program you should get out in the field of mentorship programs and see what's out there. You can learn a lot of the basics of nearly any investing strategy through podcasts and Youtube videos for free. It likely won't be enough information to invest with, but you'll have a much more solid base to evaluate your options. You can also attend local networking events for free or very cheap, and start building connections with people who have been successful.
