Passive income or extra money ideas?
Hi! Soo I’ve been breaking my head trying to figure out extra income ideas to save up for my first rental property. I’ve cut my bills as much as I possibly could I work during the week & have a weekend job. I make probably 40k a year and that’s with a ton of overtime put in with my Main job. I train for boxing 5 days a week which is another form of me working towards more money cause i will receive a good amount of money once I turn pro per fight. It seems like I just can’t make enough money, I try to budget but there’s just not enough money for me to save up. I’ve started flipping cars on the side which will help but it takes allot longer than I thought to flip when my schedule is so busy. I feel like I’m drowning while trying to live, I live in the Boston area & make $18 an hour. Any passive income ideas or good job ideas?

Sounds like you're probably maxing out the number of hours you have available to work. How can you increase the $/hr that you earn? I train bjj, and private lessons in bjj with unranked, never-pro black belts pretty much start at $100/hr. Is boxing similar in terms of the cost of private lessons? What if you lined up 2-3 private lessons per week and took that time from lower $/hr income activities?
