Is it best to ait down with a real estate attorney for filing your LLC to make sure everything is done properly or is just fine to file online? Also, how long is the process of establishing the operating agreement

I used youtube and google for education.  Filed online in NC, took around 3 weeks to be approved.  I think I spent maybe 3 hours on the operating agreement. Didn't come close to needing an attorney.
