New Member Introduction - Mentor First Meetup Questions

Hi,

Background: I am just getting starting out in REI. I have been reading through the Ultimate Beginner's guide. I am a little different because I have a mentor already lined up. My brother-in-law has gotten into wholesale and wants to bring me along. He has a pretty good network and has been doing well. The only thing is he has only had OJT of sorts as he learned from someone he met as a mentor. I have a plan to get with him next week or so. His plan is to introduce me to a lot of people (his mentor(s), investors, contractors, etc.) with a lot of knowledge.

My question: In preparation for my introductory tour, are their any questions I should ask? Any red flags that I should be looking out for? I want to make the most of our initial meetings to impress a little and lay the foundation for good relationships.
