Anybody using a Business Management System for their RE business?

I am attending a Fortune Builders event this weekend and they are selling their BMS program for $15k to 30k....I'm curious if there are any investors out there that are using Fortune Builders or other BMS system in their real estate business....I am just getting started out, but am looking to build a REI business over the next 2 years. I would like to streamline and organize the process... The Fortune Builders program has some pretty cool features including but not limited to Repair estimator, accounting system, buyer managment/seller management, marketing templates, website templates, cash buyer database, mass email, text/voice call service...

I found another site realestateautomator.com that has similar features at $99/month.

I am not ready to invest this much money into my business, but will be considering it over the next few years to grow my business. Any thoughts?
