HI All, I tried to ask a similar question few days ago, but I didn't explain my question clearly, so I am trying again. I got various answer on should I set up a LLC for the SFH I am developing or not. The property will cost about 200k. The attorney I talked think I should absolutely set up a LLC before taking out construction loan. However the loan officer think for that amount of cost, it won't worth it. my goal is going to sell this one, and acquire another land and build a property, eventually will get to the point that I may develop several properties at the same time. Any advice will help! thank you all in advance.
