Dude...that is all over the map as to what you can have them do!
I have VA's do things such as:
Send me mailing lists for MLS listed houses that I want to mail to so I can simply go to the post office
Create and update newsletters to the people on our subscriber list
update our contact lists for our newsletters
create postcard templates
research data on companies or people
update our database of clients
reserve hotel rooms
post replies to bigger pockets...er...wait....
