REI Newcomer Looking for Career Advice

What's going on BP crew?! I will try my best to keep this post brief but I would love for folks to chime in. The situation: Recently moved back to where I was born and raised (Vallejo, CA/Bay Area) and after several interviews I'm needing to decide between a few job offers: 1-Enterprise Rent-A-Car (Mgmt Trainee) 2-Sequoia Equities (Apt Leasing Consultant) 3-Redfin (Sales support) The dilemma: I do have an interest in REI, would love to be able to coordinate some flips as well as delve into buy and hold Multifamily opportunities (which is where prop mgmt comes into play). So, I guess my questions would be: 1. Does anyone have insight/experiences with Redfin (either working for them or using them to close a deal) and/or the Leasing Consultant position/industry? 2. Should I lean towards the job that would get me closer to the RE industry? Or should I aim for whichever position that will provide a quicker path to a higher salary, therefore allowing me to actually invest in projects? 3. The time constraints for all three jobs are almost the same. To make it simple the two RE jobs, absolutely no weekends available (which of course leaves a couple weekdays free). Enterprise, weekend requirements would alternate. I only bring that up because of the potential opportunity to volunteer my time with flippers on a project or helping source RE deals...maybe having a couple weekdays free would be more valuable? If it sounds like I'm all over the place, it's probably because I am. I'm 9 days away from my 30th birthday and after having a few jobs within the last few years, I'm feeling the pressure to make the "right" decision. I want to begin building a future, build a family and all of that jazz. If you read this, thank you for taking the time out, you didn't have to. And I truly value your input and opinions. --Ryan
