Hey everyone! I am a new investor getting started with some wholesaling. I've only done one wholesale deal thus far but continue to search for more. My overarching goal right now (generally speaking) is to hold 25 SFH's. I currently hold one SFH. My question for everyone is this: Do I need to create a business plan? How many of you started out with a business plan? Has it been helpful? Why? Why not? Etc.
