Where the REAL money is made - the glamorous world of finanical satements

Most people's eyes glaze over when you mention finanical statements and accounting to them. But I contest this is where the real money is made.

TRUTH = Once you understand your accounts you will make more money.

Who is applying real accounting methods in their property planning and management?

Are you keeping personal and business accounts separate?

Do you pay yourselves a salary for managing?

Who uses P&L's, balance sheets and income statements? Cash flow statements?

Can you tell us what statements you use? How frequently you use them?

Can you tell us what your annual dollar volume from RE is? Please tell us what area of RE are you involved with.

Best to you all
Diane
