Creating a BRAND

I need some input! I want to design a logo/Brand for real estate that I can use for selling, buying and renting homes. I want it to be versatile as will so that I can use it for property management, if I decide to add that to my portfolio. There are so many options, I just don't know which direction to go. I want to incorporate a name or logo that I can eventually use for LLC as well.

Here are some key factors/words: I plan to expand me own rental portfolio over the next year to market to renters, sell and buy properties as a Realtor, and I'm licensed in North Texas.
