  1. What are your favorite books/authors on real estate, running a business, working with others, or just investing in general? I've read the Bigger Pockets beginner's guide, Rich Dad Poor Dad, and a couple books by Peter Lynch. I'm new to real estate but I thoroughly enjoy learning through reading. Let me know what books you feel have taught you the most.
