I am sure this is a common problem for self-employed individuals and I am hopeful to get some guidance from the folks on the board who have been where I am right now. I am at a point in my business life were I am trying to do too much and this is restricting my ability to grow and achieve more. I am a self employed home inspector and own 7 rentals (SFH - 4plex). I basically do all the administration work for both businesses, manage and do some of the rehabs on new purchases, much of the property maintenance, etc. Basically I do it all aside from outsourcing some repairs and maintenance and my taxes. I know I should outsource more but I have been holding back for various reasons.

I would be happy to hear from others who went through what I am now and also if there are any good books and other resources to help guide me.

Thanks much!!

Ron
