Seeking Advice on Starting My Dispositions Business in Raleigh, NC

Hey BP!

I recently passed my North Carolina Broker's exam (excited!) and will be starting my post-licensing courses next month. I’m currently based in Denver, CO, but I’ll be relocating to Raleigh, NC in July 2025 to start working full-time as a disposition agent for New Western.

Since I have some time before my move, I want to get a head start on building my business and positioning myself for success in Raleigh. I’m looking for advice on how I can effectively start laying the groundwork while still being remote.

Specifically, I’d love insights on:

Building relationships and networking in the Raleigh market from a distance

Marketing myself and generating leads remotely

Any tech or tools that might help me stay connected to the local market

Any tips for handling deals or managing communication with clients remotely

I’m eager to hit the ground running when I move, and any advice from those who’ve been in similar situations would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance for your help!

KT
