Best Lead Generation Tools for Real Estate Investors – What’s Your Go-To?

Ryan Cheek
Posted

Hey BP Community,

I’m curious to know what tools and strategies everyone is using for lead generation these days. As a real estate agent working in the investment space, I’m always looking to fine-tune my approach and discover new ways to find potential deals, whether it's off-market properties, distressed assets, or any other lead sources.

Some questions I’m thinking about:

  • What CRM tools have you found the most helpful?
  • Are you using any specific software for scraping or gathering off-market leads?
  • How are you leveraging social media, direct mail, or cold calling for lead generation?
  • Any tips or tricks for staying organized and tracking leads effectively?

Looking forward to hearing what’s been working for you all! I’m happy to share my own experiences with lead gen in the Indianapolis market if anyone’s interested.

Cheers,
Ryan Cheek

We recommend multiple tools to our clients depending upon what they need

CRM > Followup Boss
Data Tool > Batchleads | 8020REI | DataFlik
Data Management > REISift | Batchleads
Skiptracing > Directskip
SMS Marketing > Smarter Contact
RVM > Smarter Contact
Cold Calling > Readymode
Direct Mail > Yellowletterhq

In my 5 years of experience in lead gen.. i have seen people getting success only by staying consistent on marketing.
