New to BP. My son and I are from the Pittsburgh, Greensburg area. We want to form an LLC for our wholesaling business. We plan on picking up some rentals and rehabs along the way but , mainly it will be wholesaling. What type of LLC is best for this type of business and why? Thank you.

Hey Chris! Great to meet you at our get-together at Christina's a few weeks ago. Glad to hear that you're son is better and that you're ready to get back in the biz.

As for your question, there's been some good advice here. I'd call Brad Dornish's office and consult with them about you LLC formation. They will usually do a free initial consultation.

And let me know when you come across some good wholesale deals. We're looking to buy both rentals and fix & flips!
