Keep wholesaling residential properties or do a CRE internship?

Hi guys, I am a 20 year old senior majoring in Finance with a minor in accounting. Ever since I have been at my university I have always wanted to become an analyst for a CRE company, but managed to get 0 internships and landed at a small residential wholesale company as a closing coordinator/analyst. After 3 months I thought to myself, "why am I not doing this myself" as I found the process straight forward. I then began wholesaling residential properties after that epiphany. But then I get an offer for a CRE internship my upcoming semester and I am now conflicted on what I want to do. I eventually am going to want to transition into wholesaling/investing in CRE but I have zero knowledge on evaluating commercial properties and have hands on experience in residential. This internship is the ticket to gaining hands on experience and knowledge in CRE, but I cannot maintain my wholesaling gig while doing this internship. What is the best choice in your opinion based on this info?

This upcoming semester is my last*
