Building planner for ADU for a single-family house

Can anybody here connect me to a building planner in massachusetts? I want to build an extension on my single family home. I would like to add a one bedroom apartment with its own little kitchen, laundry area, and bathroom. I originally wanted to build a whole other house in the back, however my city won't allow that due to some fire department regulations.

I've been in talks with the town Building Commissioner and he said that he needs a building plan with elevation and all the stuff that I would like to do. I had paid a site to come up with a site plan however I was just throwing stuff into the air, and they went off satellite images. I made the thing huge, as big as I can but that's not what I plan on doing. I want to put a single bedroom apartment next to it.

I can do the search for a building planner myself, however I though that maybe since I'm a pro member on this site that someone here can connect me to someone.
