Putting Together a Simple Business Plan

Hello there. I want to know if there are any business plan software or templates that I can use to draw up a business partnership? I basically am looking for something I can present to my partner with terms and whatnot laid out. Would it be best to reach out to Real Estate attorney (which is what I might do) Or should I just type something up after we negotiate term together. I dont want to overthink it.

Hi Mitch,

To draw up a business partnership--use an attorney,

He/she may have a questionnaire to help you along thee lines.

And the drafting will be more likely to stand up in court if needed.

Good Luck!

read the book Traction by Gino Wickman and in there they have a one page business plan. Start with that, its actually all we use, we started with a 50 page plan but you spend more time putting it together and the one page plan focuses on getting things done
