Can anyone recommend a loan company that does non-recourse loans. I want to pull together my self directed IRA and personal funds for to buy a 2 family investment

@Robyn Gersh, here is a list of lenders specializing in offering loans to retirement accounts:

Pulling 401k funds with your personal funds is not going to work however. You must have enough funds in your 401k for a down-payment.
