Has anyone used flock homes? Piggybacking off this thread from several years ago: https://www.biggerpockets.com/forums/104/topics/994025-flock...

Wanted to see if there were any updated opinions? Friend of a friend with a portfolio of 30+ homes was contacted by them to basically sell his portfolio to them in exchange for shares.
