There is no link to "at the bottom click Purchase Agreement". Link at tip pulls up a one page Excel spreadsheet that is not a contract. Someone at least look at these things.

This would be awesome if it was editable. Printout has lines that the top is cut off, and you can't change the wording to any of the document. Please post one that is not password protected.

This is a great template however, it appears that the font size for the purchase price does not allow a property value of $1M or more. I put in 1,300,000 as the purchase price and it showed up in the document as ##########. I could not modify the columns since they are protected by password. I printed just to be sure and the same thing showed up. Please adjust this one entry point to allow some larger numbers when necessary. If there was one more thing I think would be helpful, is to add a section for seller carry back options so it can be done without an addendum. Otherwise, excellent and simple.
