I was searching the BP website for a Letter of Intent to submit offers on properties, and the only one I could find was a PDF (Non-editable) letter of intent with grammatical errors in the opening sentence. Attached you will find a similar Letter of Intent which you can edit (Word Doc) which has been adjusted to resolve any grammar issues. Patrick, I like it a lot. I think that it would be a little better if it all fit on one page, but hey...I guess you can only say so much in one page. I really like the inspection contingency. What do you normally put under financing if you're planning on using a mortgage lender?
