Thank you, Mrs. Maynard. Your 083 podcast is still one of my favorites. Firm but fair...business yet caring.

Thank you for this Marcia. Loved your episode. Listened to it while visiting Alexandria , VA. I close on my first duplex this month. Your interview will help a lot. Downloaded fine for me.

Good stuff. I had a list of questions but I'm adding several of the questions on your list. Appreciate your contribution.

Thanks! Good info. Downloaded on my Mac to Word.

Great questions! File opened in one click in my Mac's Word file. Good to report if something doesn't work, but seems harsh to punish generosity with a low review for tech difficulties.

I downloaded it just fine.

Tried different browsers and still had a hard time downloading. Now I'm on my max downloads for the week. It's ridiculous! Seriously, a file should not be THAT hard to download.

Brandon Turner told me there are three reasons people might not be able to download the file: 1.) They are not logged into their BP account (some people think they are but are not really)2.) They have already downloaded their max # of files (I think free members get 3 per week)3.) There is a problem with their computer or browser. They can try another browser OR perhaps try another computer. Or they can "clear their cookies" and try it again. If that doesn't work, PM me and we'll see what we can do for you. :-)

I was not able to download to my ipad. My fix was to download it onto my laptop which I did with no problem. Then saved it as a pdf and emailed to myself.
