This is an addendum we use with our Rental Agreement. Common sense is not common. By putting our Property Rules in writing it helps to establish clear understanding with our tenants and allows us to address issues more effectively if problems arise. By putting the property rules in alphabetical order, our tenants can easily refer to them during the course of their tenancy.
