This is a modification of another template I found on BP. I'm always surprised to see that Property Management Leasing Fees usually aren't included in deal analysis templates, so I've added the input 'Tenant Duration' and amortized the cost of Leasing Fees.

I have a simple spreadsheet I like to use to give me a rough idea. If I walk the property and really like it, I enter everything into this spread sheet to really see the numbers work out. Thank you for sharing!!

I like this. It would be even better if there were options to increase rents, reduce the vacancy over time etc.. But a good starting template.
