Thanks for your spread sheet. One thing i was looking for was Lodgers tax and Gross Tax. Im analyzing a property in NM and the Local city their requires Gross Tax/ Lodgers Tax/ Sports and Rec fees. A total of 15%. Using your spreadsheet i just subtracted the 15% tax but im sure this will effect my CAP rate. Where should i plug this in on your spread sheet? Any chance you could add this for me. Thank you Sir and sure do appreciate your help.
